How MULTIPLAYER treats your personal data:

MULTIPLAYER collects and processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of the local and European legislation. The security of the data you have entrusted to MULTIPLAYER is important to the company, that is why MULTIPLAYER protects your data by applying all appropriate and organizational measures available to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized or malicious technical use, loss or premature deletion of information.

What information does MULTIPLAYER collect and why?

MULTIPLAYER may collect personal data about you when you use the corporate site or select the company services. In most cases, MULTIPLAYER requires your personal data for the purpose of concluding a contract, complying with a legal obligation or protecting a legitimate interest. Of course, for some of the services offered by MULTIPLAYER, you provide this information yourself by choosing and agreeing to send information about yourself. MULTIPLAYER processes the collected personal data most often for the following purposes:

  • Processing of the data necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract:

MULTIPLAYER does not provide your personal data to third parties without assurance that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data, seeking to carry out strict controls.

  • Supply-making companies; courier companies; external consultants and specialists; collector companies and law firms; banks; security companies; persons who, by assignment, maintain equipment, software and hardware used for the processing of personal data by MULTIPLAYER; hosting companies; sales agents, etc.

MULTIPLAYER processes your data for statistical purposes, i.e. for analyses in which the results are only aggregated and therefore the data are anonymous. It is not possible to identify a specific person from this information.

Why and how does MULTIPLAYER use automated algorithms?

MULTIPLAYER does not use automated decision-making.


MULTIPLAYER applies measures to protect personal data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. Policies and procedures are in place to protect information from loss, misuse and unlawful disclosure. MULTIPLAYER also takes additional information security measures, including access control, physical protection and reliable information collection, storage and processing practices.

When does MULTIPLAYER delete your personal data?

MULTIPLAYER stores the collected information about you and destroys it within the statutory terms, and if there are none - within the deadlines set by the company and after a final settlement of all financial relations with you. MULTIPLAYER does not keep your data indefinitely.

In case of anonymization of personal data, the deadlines do not apply because MULTIPLAYER cannot identify you.
